US Tested Israeli Iron Dome Batteries

The US Army along with the Israeli Occupation Forces has conducted a test of the first of two Iron Dome Air Systems.

This test drive was conducted in New Mexico, US.

Rafael, IAI Elta, and mPrest assisted during the test.

Soldiers from the US Army’s 3-43 Air Defense Artillery engaged eight cruise missile surrogate targets as part of the live-fire event.

Under an agreement signed in 2019, Israel (Occupied Palestine) sold two Iron Dome batteries to the US, with the first being delivered late last year and the second in January this year.
